Why not just contact them or follow on twitter? I believe that they are getting over 1000 applications per day for the pre-release access phase of the crowdsale. [email protected]
I joined the bounty program of this ICO, called the act: http://daoact.bountyportals.com/site/login.php
But now I see they're not active and there is no further news by them. Even the ann thread here on bitcointalk was closed: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-act-citizens-firstsupporting-social-justice-and-social-accountability-1985190
then they didn't start another one though.
Maybe it is a dead project. Do you have some news about it?

I really have no idea man, I am also on the curious side because a friend of mine worked for the bounties of DAO. And he is also wondering what the hell is going on with this ICO. After reading about this coin and being explained to me by my friend, I really started to like DAO. But couldn’t join its bounties at that time because i was in another campaign. I really thought it would succeed because i saw potential on it. Was planing on investing tsk :/. Too bad if it failed.
Can I start a scam accusation thread against them or is it too early?
