If anybody wants to have this dark theme but don't know how to do it I would suggest using Stylish addon which is available for all browsers.

With a click of a button, you can change the theme for multiple black once and not only.

I never thought it could be so easy, work perfectly and is totally free.

I just happened to see this thread whwn I was looning for something:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/night-mode-for-android-and-ios-users-4130964

It can also be an alternative to use the Dark/Night Mode here in Bitcointalk. Though I don't recommend using UC Browser Tongue it's only upo you whether you'll use it or not.

No offense but my eyes are not comfortable while looking at this one. Don't get me wrong, black is my favorite color but when it comes to web interface I don't prefer it (I don't enjoy even the dark theme of Reddit) simply because I have a poor eyesight, Black text in brighter background is much better (IMO). Instead of picking dark theme of every site, I choose screen dimmer app to minimize the light emitted by my phone especially during night.

Nometheless, this is a good improvement. At least some users can now have options. Me? I'm already fine with the current version Smiley.

Yes but the CSS code is still available (and Cyrus is still here too)

Can we now expect that you will soon enable the feature of themes on our profile settings?
I don't think so, I think all their time and efforts are dedicated to the development of the new forum (aka epochtalk).
BTW you can try a beta version here https://www.cryptos-currencies.com

I have no offense on your dark theme cyrus but I'm using a Chrome extension that is called dark night mode. And it works in bitcointalk. But the problem of that is this area.

With your dark theme, those tabs are readable so this could be a perfect idea for those people that are active during nighttime.

The board icons are like a light bright blue, I think they should match the darkness.

Why not make a whole bunch of different themes like neopets.com does. (Lol)

The colors works fine as a "dark mode", but I wouldn't say it's aesthetically pleasing.

If you have the time, I suggest try using these colors(could call it "dark mode", but not amoled mode):

 #0E1B2B
 #175591
 #2A3F5A

With white as the text color, and a light gray color for the link colors.

(I'll do the mobile CSS too if there's interest).

Yes, Many will be interested like me, for I'm just a mobile user and don't have any PC at the moment.

Too much contrast in the Home - Help - Search ... bar. Why not use the same scheme as everywhere?

I like it—I'd go even darker though.

As per popular request, I made a dark version of the current CSS on bitcointalk(I'll do the mobile CSS too if there's interest).
If you have any ideas or suggestions, I'd be happy to tweak and improve the current design.
