2. Must have 120% collateral. I'll approve or decline collateral. Collateral is Forum accts from here, alt coins that can be traded thats high in value and possibly cloud mining on a case by case basis
3. Interest is determined by total of loan.
4. Loans can only go 7 days MAX.
5. Max is 0.1 per person if approved.
6. Escrow is welcome.. you must pay for it.
Based on many factors I can accept or reject.

Honestly looks to me that you are trying to rep farm to be 100% honest.
Your first post was looking to buy a ridiculious amount of paypal/BTC and now you're giving loans?
