On August 3rd, Dash Network Hashrate is around 13 TH/S to 14 TH/s,
and in just 30 days, on September 4th, Dash Network Hashrate is around 32 TH/s to 33 TH/s  Shocked Shocked

and what the monster miners are in market now? only the iBelink 10.8G, and first/second batch Antminer D3, right?

So in November, when there are 10.8G, 22G, 17G, 15G, 30G, 10G in the market...  Tongue i guess Dash Network Hashrate  would be 100 TH/s at least  Tongue Tongue Tongue Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I'm actually estimating more like 200 TH by the end of October.

Profitability will still exist - if you have low enough electric cost - it just won't be INSANELY high for those that didn't already HAVE miners by now or will get theirs in the next few weeks.

I don't see X11 getting to the TB level on a single miner anytime soon. Too many of the current ones are already using the 14/16nm process node, not a lot of room to squeeze a lot more hashrate....

rule of thumb.  If you can't get into asic cannons right off the bat, then never get in or your ROI increases dramatically.

Will it be still profitable with November or December batch? I doubt it.

I guess we will wait for the next gold rush when Tb hash level miners are released. Dash seems to be the best x11 at the moment. Best meaning closest to actual use in the real economy. Grin

Hi guys!

I've just noticed an incredible rise in Dash' hashrate:

https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/hashrate-eth-dash.html

Just for a rough comparison, it recently surpassed Eth' hashrate even though apparently it's much less profitable, because the daily reward is 13% (eth's daily reward is 4.5M, dash is 0.6M).

Is there a reason for such a huge difference?

Thanks

Bitmain delivering the first batch or two of the D3.
Pinidea and Ibelink having probably delivered batches of their second-gen miners as well.

Bitmain is estimated to have SOLD somewhere in the ballpark of 20,000 D3 units ALONE so far - which should all be delivered and online by the end of November. I think the estimated count was close to 15,000 by the end of October.

Innosilicon isn't delivering A5 units YET - but those should start arriving in a month or so.

This is not news - it's been discussed in several other threads, specifically including the D3 primary thread.

People were warned but the some of the people didn't wanna listen and just accused people of being selfish and wanting all the profits to themselves. They compared x11 to script and said well the l3+ is still profitable so a d3 should be too ignoring the differences in available coins to mine and the fact bitmain owned the script market because of the l3+ price speed and efficiency. X11 has too much competition  now and anyone who kept their Baikals are laughing at us all now.

This. I am actually mining everything but scrypt and X11. Better coins about in Quark and X13 now that are making a move. Grin

What hardware are you using to mine Quark and X13? I'm glad now that I did not order the antminer d3 November batch with the difficulty increase.

Baikal Giants and some other old Baikal miners that people were just about giving away in the last month due to the rise of d3s... Grin

Thanks, i'm still trying to get some Baikal miners but the new giant x10 isn't in stock yet, I could get the older version of the giant but it's still pretty dear for it's hashing rate.

Yes, because a new wave of ASICs for X11 (Dash) are rolling out:

Bitmain D3 15Gh/s (3500-35000 pieces)
PinIdea 17Gh/s
iBelink 10.8Gh/s
Baikal 0.6Gh/s
Innosilicon 30.2Gh/s

And it will keep rapidly increasing since many miners haven't even received their order yet.

Eth has a different hashing algo so comparing the hashrate/difficulty to Dash is pointless.

HI
As on 1.9.2017 the NW hashrate of dash is 30T.
and profit per D3(15G) is $130.
   if a rough calculation 30T/15G =2000 D3s on 1.9.17.
on 2 oct 17 the nw hashrate is 160 T. so 10500 D3s. diff is 8500 new D3s started working.
now $260000($130*2000) shared by 10500 then todays profit is $24 per D3. exactly matching.
   say in OCT 2017 shipping is 8500 then $260000 / 19000 = $ 13 each can earn profit.

Really....

Does product name "Antminer D3" say anything to you?
Also keep in mind that there are a lot more to come online, if you know how many will you can have an estimate of the what the difficulty will be.

There had been a lot of warnings about diff rise and not being profitable for later batches.
Yet people still rush to buy them its realy funny.

Looking at our countries craigs list, there are tons of people selling them, before they are even recieving them.

Ah wow, I see it now.

Hopefully those miners can profit from mining, since suddenly they created so much competition!
