No problem - p2pool can be a bit confusing sometimes and often you need to look over longish periods of continuous mining to get a good average.

Good to hear it's going well.

Sorry for the delay in replying, martyshmoo. You haven't mentioned which other nodes you were talking about on the day of your post, but it's possible that you may have viewed other nodes on a different Dash p2pool network.  You can usually identify this by looking at the "Pool Rate" which you can see on the left hand side of http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903/static/ about halfway down the page.  Nodes on the same p2pool network will show the same Pool Rate. If a different Pool Rate is shown then it's a different p2pool network.  There can be any number of p2pool networks for a particular coin, all trying to solve the next block in the same blockchain.

The Dash p2pool network that TreasureQuarry is part of has been finding blocks - you can see those fund by visiting http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903/static/ and clicking the "Last Blocks" tab. Anyone who has been hashing enough to have found shares during the PPLNS period will have had payouts.

First, Thanks for replying.

I just cannot understand that other miners make double what I make.

They, the other 2 miners with approx the SAME 19g/h are getting .001 per share hour and I get .0002.

5X what I get is not fair.

No matter how long I stay on they get more, I overclock faster than them, they still get double or triple what I get.

What am I doing wrong?

M

All night tonight, all miners will get .001++ My Miner is .0002....their payments are 5 to 6 times mine, why?

I am on since yesterday.

They left for awhile, come back and get more.

I am so lost, soorrryyyy....

The pool has now been updated to the latest newly released version of Dash, dashd 0.12.2.1 with its super new improvements including increased transaction capability.

The p2pool software itself has also been updated to be compatible with this latest version of Dash.

Remember to update your wallet on your local computer folks, as advised by UdjinM6 at https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/version-12-2-release.17807/s

Happy mining!

Yesterday at noon is the last block the site shows.

Other nodes show blocks all day yesterday, ours does not have any blocks found since 12 hours for the pools??

Whassup.

I will stay on unless no answer, then I am gone from Treasurequarry.

The previous updates worked fabulously at fixing the short-lived problem in block-finding.  Updated today to Dashd 0.12.0.50.

Impressed at how the dash team keep updating and improving the software!

Updated now to Dash version 0.12.0.47.  I've also updated the P2Pool software itself to the latest version c5282ca as the older version seemed to stop finding blocks after Thursday.  These updates should fix this.

Please remember that when using p2pool, the username that you use when mining should be a Darkcoin address from your wallet.  I've noticed that there's someone mining using iet as a username.  Please could you change this to a valid Darkcoin address....don't want you to miss out on earning those valuable Darkcoins.

Come bring your mining equipment and dig out some Dash at TreasureQuarry's fun and friendly pool at http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903

It's quick and east to start mining at TreasureQuarry's Dash pool.  The advantages with p2pool include there's no need to "sign up" and no coins are held on the server - they go straight out to miners' wallets as soon as blocks are found. Also if a p2pool node goes down, you'll still get coins you've earned from other nodes on the p2pool network.

Just use the following example settings for your miner:

X11 mining flag
If using minerd, to ensure minerd  uses the X11 hash algorithm use the following flag:
-a X11

Mining address (url) (remember to include the port number after the colon)
http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903

Username:
A unique address from your Dash wallet on your computer, for example Xs49dy7e6cyTeyBaHLEkM53EADjcy51AK9 (don't use this particular address otherwise your earnings will go to me). Please do not use an exchange address or online wallet address.

Password
Anything you like - this is unimportant with P2Pool

So putting it all together, as an example using the Dash minerd you would use in a simple command line:

minerd -a X11 -o http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903   -u YOURDASHADDRESSHERE -p x

or

minerd -a X11 -o  stratum+tcp://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903 -u YOURDASHADDRESSHERE -p x

Once you find a share, payments will start going straight to your wallet as soon as the Dash p2pool network finds a block and will continue until that share "runs out" (or will keep going if you find another share before the previous one runs out).   Due to the way p2pool's PPLNS (pay per last N shares) works, the payments may seem to start slow but will then build up to reach a peak and reasonably steady rate.

You can view statistics at http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903/static/ .  Minerd reports pseudo-shares (not to be confused with real shares) to help build your mining graph.  You can view graphs at http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903/static/graphs.html . Your own graph will show on the graphs page under the heading of your Dash address.

TreasureQuarry's reliable server is based in France in Europe.

Pool fee is just 1% which you can confirm at any time at http://dash.treasurequarry.com:7903/fee

Happy mining Smiley
