I use 12V splitters for security cameras, there are plenty on ebay, DealXtreme, meritline etc, there are sets on ebay consisting of power brick and 1 to 4, 1 to 5 etc splitters, bricks usually provide 3-5 amps which is plenty for scrypt only mode, especially with disconnected fan, and even overclocked.

OK, here are some links to help you search:
Dealextreme ships worldwide: http://www.dx.com/s/12v+splitter?categoryId=1028
I used their 1 to 8 splitter with 12V 8A brick PSU (even with VMOD1 and overclocked to 900MHz gridseed unit consumes about 9W in script only mode, which is about 0.8A) and 1 to 4 splitters with 5A brick.

similar stuff on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p3984.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.X12v+power+splitter+cctv&_nkw=12v+power+splitter+cctv&_sacat=0&_from=R40

for example this item includes 5A brick and 1 to 8 splitter (be careful though, if you use all eight you will most likely overload PSU):

If you need to expand past 5-10 gridseeds or use SHA (BTC) mode, either purchase more bricks or get bare barrel connectors (you can cut them off these splitters) and attach to either computer power supply (which you said you have) or specialized PSU like other poster suggested.

And finally, Amazon (but the same options are available on ebay for less):

I have 2 Gridseed GC3355's and I'm adding another one in one or two weeks. I would prefer to power them via a wall outlet. Do they make 12v power bricks that support this? I may want to voltmod them at some point but its not required. I checked Amazon and other sites but couldn't find any.

I do have a spare 500w PSU I could use (how would I turn it on and what cables to convert) but I would prefer a straight wall jack if I have that option.

I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Ham radio power supplies are something you should look at.  I bought these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007WMOM4O/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

up to 50A continuous at 12V and very stable power with built in meter.  One of these will power max of 85 gridseeds in scrypt only mode, or 10 in dual mode.  Very small and quiet. There are other ham radio supplies out there that would be equally good but this is a high quality one that is cheap.

If you are maxing out the unit, you will need to run a car or marine battery cable (4/0 or 5/0 gauge) from the power supply to two busses (one positive, one ground) that is rated for at least 50 amps.  There are lots of busses out there made for boats (marine) that can easily handle 50A without sweating, I use this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000N9PF1C/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.  Then just from smaller hookup wire from the bus to each miner.
