It is better to sell their coins until the price dropped very low. Because you will not only hostage idle purse but also low price (when all get tired of waiting and start to sell) Maintenance repairs wallets very rare. This exchange can be sent only when the coin you want to sell them immediately but in any case not for storage.

There is no twitter announcement or anything about them and still my money is hold hostage.

Support doesn't respond to my ticket in a timely manner.

Please just unfreeze my money and I'll won't come back, I promise...

Just pm yobit bitcoin talk account for directly or try to write your problem in their thread and mostly the person's problem are get fixing by them.
but it will take more time to do that.

Their respond is very bad if you try to report your problem through the support ticket.

good luck with that!
their support never answers to anything important like a withdrawal or deposit that is stuck and they know it will never come through!

and their account on the forum has been active last week and the only activity it has on the forum is either answering to scam accusations or posting new coins added!

on Yobit when it says wallet is on maintenance it means they are not running a wallet at all. and most probably they never will.
you can check other 1000 coins they have, they are all the same. they are only running a couple of crypto currency nodes (Wallets) such as bitcoin dogecoin litecoin ethereum and a couple of big ones and the rest are dead.
you will never get an answer out of their support either.

just do yourselves a favor and move on to a better exchange with real support and real volume.

You have to wait until their support replies you though it will take's more than a week or days if your lucky enough, as yobit has the worst support ever on this kind of service. I don't think if they changed already and become better than before. So that's your only choice for now.
