You need a separate working motherboard to test the GPU inside, I suggest using the mobo pcie x16 slot not the riser, also check any liquid in the card I have a gigabyte 3070ti that release liquid into the pcie slot and after cleaning it works again

I've spent hours with my rig today troubleshooting the heck out of it, I have 6 Nvidia GPUs on board mining for the past weeks nonstop now and today my 3070ti stopped working, not detected my hiveOS, I've changed riser no luck what else to look into? Dead GPU?
You need a test computer for video cards.
For these purposes I use an inexpensive computer on an AM3 socket with a good power supply unit. Also I recommend that you buy a multimeter. It is better to use Windows for testing.
Do you have a Hive OS on a USB flash drive or hard drive?

Test this GPU in a single PC?

That is the first troubleshooting point as pointed above.Try your "non working" card in a PCIEX 16 slot directly and not in any riser. If it works, then it surely is a riser problem or misconfiguration of your motherboard that just happened no matter that it worked correctly before. If it does not work in the big x16 slot I can easily say your card is dead unfortunately.

Do not forget to use the recommended driver when trying in the big x16 slot or otherwise it may go undetected at all.The recommended driver for such card is the latest version usually.

Had this issue last night on HiveOS. Not sure if it will transfer over to windows.
Try taking your OC settings off before you start up. Let it get going and then slowly crank your settings back up to where you want them.

The GPU is not detected by his HiveOS, so how do he change the OC settings? And what is different with other OC settings if his GPU is not detected?  Huh
