So, what I'm getting out of this is you're asking if anybody has a dealer plate they'd be willing to sell you. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, and if caught, you (and the person that sold it to you) could be facing some stiff penalties.

there are a few requirements that make it even more inconvenient then just doing a title transfer. that's why i'm looking for somebody who already has them.

i like to buy and sell cars on the side. was looking in to getting dealer plates but there are too many requirements in my state. was wondering if anybody has dealer plates and would be willing to work out some kind of arrangement.

Pretty sure you have to own like 10 or more cars as well.

Ha, yeah maybe your country just doesn't want people to do that kind of job 'on the side' I mean, there are requirements concerning the insurance, you have to keep track of the people using the cars... This would be a perfect way to conduct shady things with those cars, so I totally understand why it needs to be regulated.

correct, this saves me the time going back and forth to DMV and the money to title transfer. i do consider the cost when selling but it would be nice to completely skip this process. i'm in USA.

you put dealer plate on so you do not need to register car ?
any other advantage ? if it is just registraton why not register and up price of car to include registration ?
What country are you in ? A mate runs a used car dealership. he wants to get into bitcoin. we are in australia though but sounds like you could help each other.
