Start the client with the -debug command line option, then double-click the transaction.
As for your second question, I don't believe so, but things change so quickly here that I wouldn't be surprised if I turned out to be wrong.

Does anyone know how I can print a full debug of a transaction in the Satoshi client?
I've got an outgoing pending transaction, that's left pending for 3 weeks now AND it creates problems in my own client, so I'd like to debug print.
