Incredible no response from support. 54k coin holders will lose everything.

Ok thank you for the answer.
chiliz support clearly said that the coins will be lost and that they have no intention of joining the new BSC. They don't care that the money will be lost.
A truly paradoxical situation and millions of tokens lost.

The only possibility is that chiliz support cross chain, as writen by Binance.

I and other investors ask anyone who can help us to enter into a contract with us. Anyone with workable solutions

do you think there is a possibility to recover the chz despite the closure of bep2? binance and chiliz reply that without cross chain support the coins are lost. I have them on trust wallet but it is not possible to transfer them. I don't know any methods to recover them, I need a professional
My knowledge on altcoins are very limited, unlike bitcoin which is better. The advise that I can give you is that you can follow the Telegram group and other social media that that the project developers of the coin created their supporters. Likely you will see information about any latest developments that can help you people there.

Do you mean BEP299 Token Recovery dApp ---> https://docs.bnbchain.org/bc-fusion/post-fusion/token-recovery/ It starts on December 3rd and it is better to avoid clicking on any links that are not supported by binance or stop using that BNB blockchain.
I went through the link some hours ago when I saw this thread and I found this:

https://docs.bnbchain.org/bc-fusion/post-fusion/token-recovery/#step-3-input-the-receiver-address

It is only the testnet that is available and not the mainnet. I could not get information about the mainnet than what I saw on Trustwallet article about it which I think is 16th of December that Danilo.l posted.

https://trustwallet.com/fr/blog/trust-wallet-to-deprecate-bnb-beacon-chain-bep2-bep8-support

So I think the mainnet will be available on 16th, December.

For trust wallet users they can use m/84'/0'/0'/0/0 derivation path
This is the default derivation path on Trustwallet. In fact, there is no other derivation path on the wallet than BIP84. I found a question about it on Reddit which is about people that used passphrase. This is it: https://www.reddit.com/r/BinanceUS/comments/1gx6ycq/bep2_asset_recovery_tool_after_bnb_chain_fusion/

I remember a friend of mine that used Iancoleman BIP39 tool on an airgapped device to extract private key of a coin because he used passphrase to extend the wallet seed phrase. There was no way he was able to recover back the coin on Trustwallet. He was only able to recover the wallet on Metamask. I do not like how this is. Most BNB wallets supposed to be available for the conversion, especially those that support passphrase.

the binance tool for recovering bep2 coins will be online starting from December 16th. some coins will be excluded from recovery. The complete list are in bnbchain site or you must refer to the issuing company.
