I think Etherflyer is one to look out for. I also heard Bitshares is a decentralized exchange too. There are others I don't know about. I'm really interested in knowing them as the days of EtherDelta are gradually coming to an end.

There are already a few decentralised exchanges out there. The most famous is probably Etherdelta (AKA the hacked one) but I know of at least two others RadarRelay that works with ETH mostly and the Waves decentralised exchange that is integrated in the waves wallet.
Also there is a project called IDEX that I think is in beta (please correct me).

I am interested in knowing and discussing about any other exchange that is working or on its way.
