What exchanges can be suggested when issuer want to stay more private? I mean in times when exchanges and issuers get contacted by official organisations it might be good for some issuers to not stay so much in public to lower the risks of paying fines for offering shares.
So far i know of counterparty and bitshares.
Can you suggest more or say how your experience are with those exchanges in regard to useability, trustability and so on.
