- Yes, a refund is only possible for the amount 100% exactly as it was sent. This is due to the specific features of our system.
Since all payments go directly to your wallets, you can always make a partial refund to the sender manually (if such an overpayment ever occurs).

- Yes, you can enable/disable "Accept transactions with underpayments", and this 5% setting currently is global. We will add an option for custom setting in the near future.

I'm very impressed with the set of features that it has, but I noticed the refunds section doesn't mention anything about partially refunding those who might accidentally overpay... Is it due to a limitation of some sort?
