Hi everyone!
As I feel there are many people in here with relevant expertise in some areas, I'd like to hear their thoughts on the following:
What would you pick if you had to choose between participating in a DAO platform with a registered legal corporation and a DAO platform without? And which presale of these two you are more likely to contribute to?
It is a decentralization standpoint.

I would choose the latter if it's moral/ethical business or corporation. I'm actually more interested in businesses that are moral rather than the registered ones that may not be moral. There are lots of legal businesses that are immoral and would struggle to reach the global population unless the they break national laws to gain customers.
But the moral ones will likely not have this problem especially with the help of good lawyers.
I think decentralized businesses will need to stick to morality if they wish to succeed globally without much issues.

I hope you understand this...
If im getting you right, you are advising me to hardcode morality rules in the DAO smart contract instead of establishing and registering the company?

I forgot to mention that DAO participants are mutable in the sense that they engage in the DAO governance contract by staking their token, with their stock percentages are calculated by comparing their staked token to the total staked. Meaning, that anyone can join and leave the organization at any time.
