Well, I think the platforms are what you already mentioned. They provide the reviews just that they aren't decentralized. I once heard if a project called REPU. They had an initiative of such sort as part of their package, but I don't know how far they went. Anyway keep on searching for available ones and base on them to bring out your package as well.
Also, there are projects that are trying to ensure authentic ratings of products to clear counterfeits out of the system

So i've been thinking about this for a while now. I think it would be great to have a decentralized review platform that can be used to rate any website or product that's censorship resistant and free of fake reviews. Think amazon/steem/ico/website reviews from trusted people but on a chrome extension. Any projects like that currently? What do you guys think of such a project? I'm a dev and thinking of building something like that. Anyone interested in brainstorming further?
