You can decrypt it on that same website from the "Wallet Details" tab if that's what you asking. Put the encrypted private key in the form and it will generate another form to put in the passphrase.

Hi everyone,

can you suggest the most easy and secure way to import into mtgox or bitstamp.net a paper wallet key encrypted with bip38 (generated on bitaddress.org).
