The New DeepOnion Airdrop Rules
We believe in giving more people the opportunity to join.

Update your signature with one that fits your membership level at: deeponion.org/view_signatures.php deeponion.org/view_signatures.php
Registration will be based on your bitcointalk.org account.
All airdrop coins are yours and you decide what to do with them. There will be no 90% holding rule any more.
In order to qualify, you must be a member of bitcointalk.org, at least at Jr Member level. You must wear DeepOnion signature during the course of all airdrops.
You must be a member of the deeponion forum (deeponion.org/forum).
You must post 5 messages in the official DeepOnion forum each week. Failing to do so will disqualify you from the current airdrop, but your account will not be banned.
Distribution will be based on the ONIONs you have in your account, you must have at least 50 ONIONs to qualify.
All coins you have will be freely tradable, including the ones you receive from airdrop. No more 90% hold requirement.
You are allowed to change your ONION address, but only one address per account. Furthermore, only the balance on this address counts.
You must add your BCT ID to your signature by replacing the XXXXX with your Bitcointalk User ID
There will be one distribution day (24 hrs) per week for airdrop. During that time you should not move your coins. Any account found moving away coins will be disqualified for the airdrop. Account where the balance increases during the day are OK, but the earliest detected amount (thus the smallest amount) will be used as the base for distribution.
We will still have the factor group for people that contribute significantly and forum mods, the maximum factor will be capped at 5X, and limited only to the first 10,000 ONIONs.
Distribution of the airdrop is proportional to the equivalent ONIONs in each account, at the time of the distribution. The equivalent ONION is calculated by the following formula:
For balance <= 10,000 ONION, equivalent ONION = factor X ONIONs in account
For balance above 10,000 ONIONs, the first 10,000 ONIONs is calculated as above, rest amount is multiplied by a factor of 1.2 (for everyone) to get the equivalent ONIONs.
For example, for a person with 20,000 ONIONs not in the factor group, the equivalent ONIONs are 22,000 ONIONs; if you are in the 2x group, then this equivalent ONION will be 32,000 ONIONs.
All banned accounts from previous airdrops are not allowed to participate.
All accounts declined previously will be allowed to re-apply. As long as you satisfy the above conditions, you will be auto-accepted, no manual review any more.
All current active airdrop accounts will not need to re-apply, they are valid accounts and the airdrop will be sent based on the balance on the date of distribution.
Dev/founder accounts and different fund accounts will not participate in the airdrop.
Payments start after completing the valid posts checking about 09:30 UTC the same day.
Apply at deeponion.org/apply.php
After you have applied, you can check your status at: deeponion.org/check_status.php

I think the only way to get is is to lick onion moderator as**s and never post about any flow in onion. Like that they are promoting anonymity but to join into their forum you need to post email, name, date of birth and so on.

lol, that was freakin hillarious dude. yeah onion is a privacy coin but that doesnt mean they should keep privitize their campaigns, if they do keep it anonymous they shoudnt get any viewers and supporters. now in the case of their website signups, sure  you need to input your complete details because that is always recomended when you first signup in any sites not just on the deep onion forum. its pretty normal and your personal infos wont get expose to the public and you also have the option to hide or show it via the profile settings on thier site.

"https://deeponion.org/apply.php?ref=1161167" I have entered this page but I can't input the "Bitcointalk user Id:"

So I believe your user id is ONLY those last digits on your profile link. So yours should be "1161167" if I'm not mistaken.

You have to be sure and follow all meet at the requirements and read all the important info/suggestions on the "no Move Period" that which happens everyweek. this will be my first week, tomorrow is will be my first airdrop. I did see that my wallet address registered need to have a minimum of 100 DeepOnion or i will be skipped. I only have one day to do so, so i need to get moving and getting to ONION. so if anyone is able to sell/trade/loan any i am interested. ive been finding bounties and challenger but i seem to be late for all of them. and info would be helpful guys. thanks and goodluck.

It's a bounty campaign. As far as I know you need to buy some DEPONION. You will then receive a DEPONION bonus that you have in your account

Don't want to revive a dead thread, but I've kind of been trying to figure out the same thing. I went through the process, put my bitcointalk ID into the site, put the signature and everything of course.

I did receive a very small amount of DeepOnion (like .01) after I signed up and everything, but nothing since it would seem. As I also understand, you need to be active on BitcoinTalk, but I am, and that's all I've seen so far.

I'm going to just head over to their forum and see what I'm missing. Tongue

the 0,01 DO is just to verify that your airdrop address was submitted correctly. Also, you will have to be active in the DO forums as well. If you don't receive any airdrop by the end of the week, simply comment on the weekly airdrop post and let the devs know that you didn't receive any DO's

Morning,

i was thinking paying for some DEEPONION coins but is it possible to get some on the airdrops?

If so, how do i ? I went to the website but it's not accepting my bitcoin userID and also i dont have a deeponion address?

Any Tips?

Cheers

Don't fool yourself. It's not an Airdrop at all.
You need to invest your own money (min $500 for 50 Onion) and post from their behalf.

If you dont have the requirement for people to "chip in" at least 500USD, you get a bunch of low income people that are only interested in free money whom will post a bunch of shitty content. I bought 20kUSD worth of DeepOnion and I haven't even been part of the airdrop yet. When you require an invesment of at least 500USD you at least prevent a lot of the low hanging fruits.

anyone figure out if the airdrop ever came through?
is there still a way to get it?

Yes it goes on fine, round #27 in a few days. This is the most successful airdrop, very consistent, and the value of airdrop worth a lot.

lol, do you think it still an airdrop? hell no it's not an airdrop because your required to make a post in order to get your stakes. Real airdrop doesn't do this because they only give away their coins/tokens without doing a big effort like forum posting. Also I heard that deep onion campaign is a big scam because many users just got kicked out without their pay , some remaining participants don't also required to withdraw their shares because if they do , they also be kicked out. the exchange for deep onion which is Nova exchange had also shut down recently  and that makes them more suspicious evenly.

I'm currently considering whether or not this is worth going for. I know I'm a newbie, but I'm working on being more active with my account.

The thing that gives me pause is that this deeponion "airdrop" was like the first reason I was ever directed to bitcointalk and I saw a lot of people saying it was a scam or virus farm or whatever. I assume with all the press it gets around here that the client isn't infected or anything, but I just wonder what people's thoughts are about the safety of trying to participate in this campaign.

Edit: Also, I just saw that the deepoinion account has a -16 trust on here... Any insights into that? haha

The DeepOnion account has had a lot of negative remarks because people thought the airdrop was a scam. Basically they thought that the developper was one guy who was using the airdrop to get a larger marketcap and as soon as it reaches a decent price they thought the dev would dump all of his premine. However, this did not happen.

After a couple of months the DeepOnion coin has proven to be a flourishing project as the development is very active. They have already released the DeepVault feature and are now working on implementing smart contracts, DeepSend and developping a mobile wallet for android and ios.

To remind you this coin was only launched in july 2017 and is thus fairly new. Nevertheless the developper team has proven to deliver quality work.

DeepOnion has had a rough start plowing to all the criticism, but like the phoenix arises from the ashes, DO arises from the fud and will rise to be a top coin in 2018.

Definitely worth particpating in the Airdrop!

Hey there. Sorry for the way late reply.

After actually buying into the 100 minimum ONION for the airdrop, as well as regularly taking part in the community and receiving the "DeepPoints" airdrops (which are very profitable I might add), DeepOnion actually does seem to be the real deal.

I actually didn't realize I needed 100 ONION min for the airdrops, but you can actually gain that within a week of strong participation in the community over there, so you can get in the airdrop just by completing the tasks and just having fun over there.

Not sure why the account has such low trust, but I think that many people feel DeepOnion is spammy in how it advertises in the signature campaigns and whatnot. I'll leave that up to you, but again, keep in my that you are rewarded for taking part in their community and so on. So you may find it's worth your while.

DeepOnion accept only full member and above and sometime they banned users and give unknown reason and even don't reply any of PM concern!
And I'm happy that I didn't belong to thus ban because I just follow deeponion rules.

In order to apply deeponion aidrop just read and follow steps in order to get rewards.

In addition to what is already mentioned, I'd suggest going to deeponion.org, register on their forums, make some posts there, get to know the community and the coin.  There are links to faucets and giveaway contests you can participate in.  Once you've ranked up, you can give the airdrop a shot.  From the looks of their stats, they decline 2 for every 1 they accept into their campaign, so try to make good posts here across the forums.  It's a great campaign and the coin could be something big in the future, so the extra effort is worth it, IMO.

to qualify airdrop you must be a junior member and have quality posts that are more than one line. you can invest well, because I think DeepOnion is one of the best tokens in pad launch.

so you think it's worthy? why, if I may ask Smiley
(btw, I'm going to make some research as well Tongue )

Yes, I think it's worthy - although I'm biased as you can see by my signature.

There are a number of reasons, but the foremost is anonymity. This coin has that on the forefront of it's mind and I think that's a great base feature to start with. Also, they have just about released DeepVault - a new feature that gives you peace of mind that your files have not been tampered with. That's just a start with more features to come. A new exchange has been in the works for some time as well.

Beyond that, I received over 700 DeepOnions from the last airdrop - as I write this, that's currently valued at over $500. Hard not to want to take part in something that pays that well.

As of now you will not be qualified for the airdrop since it has a rule that accounts qualified to join must be created on or before september 1, 2017.
as with regards to the deeponion address you'll need to download DeepOnion wallet for that.
or the best thing that you could do right now is read the official ANN thread of DeepOnion here on bitcointalk or follow this link:
https://deeponion.org/index.php#airdrop-participate
that is the offcial website of DeepOnion...

You will need to be a junior member to qualify for the airdrops and have high quality and meaningful posts that are not one-liners. You also have had to create your bitcointalk account prior to the beginning of the airdrops. I think DeepOnion is one of the better tokens on the launching pad! You may be making a good move investing. Anything linked to TOR/deepweb is a homerun in my opinion book.

You can get to junior member in one month by posting 7 times within a week. Bitcointalk only count 7 posts per week as activities, so you cannot over-spam the system. Soon, you will be there and can participate in airdrops!
