no idear, but DGulari is right... I don't have this member in my trustlist either...
up untill level 3, this username is not mentioned in the Hierarchical view of the trustlist (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;full)...

But somehow I have him on my 'default trust'...
I didn't modified my trust settings since last year I guess

EDIT: It's not a bug ... He is at the 'Trust depth' 4 ....
So his account name was added to the Depth 4. Sick. xD
@theymos: I think the 'trust' algorithm should be changed.
Very most of my feedbacks are positive, if any feedback is negative it come from members with a red trust (haters) ..
And even if .. my trust looks like this now (with depth 4 setting) :
