it happens because users buy from newbie without escrow because of his cheap price, there is nothing like cheap if you want quality so better always buy from trusted seller and using escrow if they want a safe trade

1) Using off-the-forum escrows which can't be validated , OP can manipulate the escrow if he wants.
2)Seems to be selling fake "accounts".

I would recommend a neutral trust until a trusted member can verify if it is working or not, rates seem very low as well.
