I think it makes sense. Basically DefaultTrust is a dummy shortcut account. If you're using a custom trust list set depth to 1. I've been doing this for a long time and it's far more manageable than depth 2, where all sorts of weirdos start showing up.

Yeah that is what came to my mind later today that DefaultTrust Depth 2 equals to All the DT members in the list with Depth 1. Smiley
Thanks for confirming that.

What I didn't knew was that DefaultTrust was an actual account.
Now things are much more clear... you learn new things every day Cheesy

I'll just lock this.. thank you guys and ... cats? Wink

but what is the logic behind this.
When you are trusting DefaultTrust, DefaultTrust is Depth 0, and Lauda is Depth 1 and someone whom Lauda trusts is Depth 2. You are trusting till Lauda's trust list.
When you put Lauda on your trust list, Lauda is Depth 0, Lauda's trust list is Depth 1 and their trust list is Depth 2. Therefore, you are trusting some more members.
The only logic is- when you are adding someone in your trust list, s/he becomes Depth 0.

Edit- You have forgotten to add a link to minerjones profile in OP.

In the first case DT1 users have Depth 1 vs. in the second case they have Depth 0? I'd assume that in the later case another layer is included in what you see as trusted.

Yeah, this is what I noticed that using only the DeafultTrust increases the depth by 1, but what is the logic behind this.
I thought that using only DeafultTrust should be equal to adding all the members manually in the list.

When you manually add those, the total feedback is 103. Have you checked who are those? I think it may give you an appropriate answer. Check which are those extra feedback displaying by default. I am not sure though.

It's all because of the Depth change.

Exactly. Got it.
When someone use DefualtTrust(Depth0), DT 1 are in Depth 1
And when someone adds DT1 in Depth 0, their trusted list become DT 1 and DT1's trusted list is DT 2.
That's the difference.

There is a difference in the trust score if you use only the DT or add all the DT members to your list manually. Why is that?
I noticed that the depth is lowered by 1 if you use the DT changes.I guess this is the answer but why? I thought is should be the same if you and only DefaultTrust or manually add the DT members.
Here is the example with minerjones profile.

Using only DT here >

Using manually added list of all the DT members >
