@cabalism13 - other than the user saying other UID's are his/her alts, is their any independent proof of this?
None. All of the proofs are in our conversation in Telegram(deleted) and on Messenger (Still Alive). I guess he wouldn't mention it if it we're not connected to him and by the way he already said what's his alt in his signed message. Though we just lack proofs here in bitcointalk.

I have created my own flag against him. I think there is nothing I can do with it. I will just accept it that he defaulted the loan. I have created a flag against him and I chose the 3rd option. Can somebody verify it if I did the correct thing? Thanks Smiley Will lock this thread after verifying if what I did is correct.

Looks valid to me. Here's the flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=717

If you lock the thread, the Flag becomes invalid.
I see. Thanks for reminding I don't know that because its my first time to create a scam accusation thread Smiley

Another Info:
TheBitcoinExplorer is his alt. I will also state here the accounts connected to him, as far as I remembered he told me about that.

Connected to User:
Ararbermas
intoy_victor
Koro-Sensei

Evidence: User Daboy_Lyle just named those account as his relatives (maybe an alt) Source:Messenger (Convo)

Is there any proof for the connection between those accounts ?

He said in the signed message that he posted that the users (all) @cabalism13 posted is owned by his relative except for TheBitcoinExplorer which is his alt account as he said (who tried to request a loan too to shasan)

He didn't answer six days ago when I asked:

This is his answer probably (Crossed words)
Evidence: User Daboy_Lyle just named those account as his relatives (maybe an alt) Source:Messenger (Convo)
And I say, those accounts are not connected(as alts) to each other except to the mentioned one (TheBitcoinExplorer).

@LogitechMouse, I also think you should create a type 3 flag for this user.  He's demonstrated some pretty scammy behavior:  He tried to borrow from shasan using two accounts, posting requests within 25 minutes of each other.  Then, after being called out and having his alt linked to this attempted scam he got busy deleting all his loan requests.  I can only assume he's trying to hide evidence of his shady actions.
@lighpulsar has created a flag against him already and I will just support it. My mistake that I didn't created the flag first because I'm still hoping that he will pay the loan but because of what you have posted that he tried to borrow from shasan using his 2 accounts, I've decided to just support the flag since a flag has been created already and I'm not hoping right now that it will be paid.

Anyway, its my loss and my I've learned from it too but if he will pay anytime soon it will be good for me and for him too if his account is important to him. Thanks for your help Smiley and for everyone who shared information here Wink.

Well the flag that i've created is only a type 1 flag it only suits for users with shady behavior or atleast tend to scam anyone. although this case where btc is involved and the contract or agreement between the 2 parties was broken this where the type 3 flag came in but only the creator of the agreement or contract (which is you, logitechmouse) against the user who broke the contract (daboy_lyle) with enough support with DT members daboy_lyle will trust turn red and "warning trade with caution!!!"

This is why i urge you to create a type 3 flag against daboy_lyle since that is the flag suits for this case. it's not too late create that flag since it will create red trust. I can withdraw my flag against him since it was only a type 1 flag.
I understand. This may sound that I'm a noob or a kind hearted person but I will give him until this weekend to pay his loan in full. This is the last chance already that I will give to him and if he doesn't pay at that time then I will creating a type 3 flag already against him. I'm a kind hearted person IRL Cheesy and I can apply it here too Cheesy sounds weird but..... I will wait till weekend Smiley (Sunday)

Just don't remove your flag please until I created my own flag against this loan defaulter Cheesy . Thanks

I think the conversation between cabalism13 and daboy_lyle in messenger stating the admission of his alts but it seems the cabalism13 edited his post. a proof of conversation between them must be posted.
I just removed the link on his facebook account that's all.
TheBitcoinExplorer, account can post here I think, but I doubt he still remember it. Besides he just used the account for selling Diamonds for Mobile Legends. That's all I know. We have some conversation on Telegram but it seems already deleted. All i have now is the convo on Facebook Messenger.

I've created a flag against daboy_lyle here:

The flag doesn't have the support yet, so it doesn't appear on the page you linked.
Direct link to the flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=692.html

This is my erc20 wallet address that holds CET 0xd728138dc23378660698a4b9b37273948eff4187
I would like to send collateral with the repayment.
Reason: Cet is red now over 4% of its ATH and the lended btc will be traded now to CET as additional.
When you will send repayment why you will send collateral. You should give collateral while taking loan. And collateral will be refund to you when you will repay the loan.
Sorry I can't use my CET for collateral and can I use my account as collateral? .
Base on your reputation, I cant give loan against your account. Giving collateral does not mean that you are selling. Have a good day!

Loan Amount: 0.05
Loan Purpose: Private
Loan Repay Amount: 0.055
Loan Repay Date: January 2019
Type of Collateral: none or my bitcointalk account
Escrow profile Link: none
Bitcoin Address:   1DaboyRkn5KQRwrvL4Ns6cx2QcKf4fFC6U

Sorry base on your reputation I cant give loan to you without collateral or taking this account as collateral. Thanks.

I've created a flag against daboy_lyle here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=692.html although i can't create a type 3 flag since there is no written contract between me and the user i've mentioned, I suggest to OP that to create a type 3 flag against daboy_lyle since he's the one had an agreement between him and daboy_lyle. if he does create a flag, i will withdraw my flag against daboy_lyle.

Groups of trader is the key and it is 75% sure that price will rise after having a trader groups.

It is up to you how much will you invest but I recommend to invest small amount to avoid loss for being a beginner. I recommended to invest only small amounts because it is like practicing or gaining experience. Investment is really profitable especially when you are confident on your investments. Mas nakakabuti na magsimula sa maliit lamang na pondo para di masyadong malugi. Just take your own risk para di ka malugi sa pag iinvest mo.

He also created some threads in our local section like this and this.

Anyway, thanks for spending a bit of your time to search for some information into this accusation Smiley

Daboy_Lyle so far has 8 reds already but why is TheBitcoinExplorer has zero?

Daboy_Lyle may be the specific account used to default on a loan but since the person behind both accounts is the same individual, as admitted by the account owner himself, both accounts should not be trusted and therefore negged.

I just tagged TheBitcoinExplorer.  It looks like he was trying to use both accounts to get loans from Shasan at the same time.  Both accounts are going back and deleting their loan requests.

Man, are you deleting you loan application posts? I cannot seem to find them, except one and those which are already quoted. This seems to be the same pattern of action with TheBitcoinExplorer, your alt account. This to me is already a shady behavior, which could be interpreted as an attempt to evade responsibility over your loan.

Moreover, you claimed to be a trader. In fact you took a loan to increase your trading funds. And yet it wonders me why a trader and hodler like you had to apply for a loan to be able to pay for transaction fees.

And you also suddenly made a U-turn when shasan approved your loan and asked for the collateral you offered. You've made shallow alibis right after that and attempted to still avail of the loan but all of it only tarnished your image.

I actually rejected your loan application because when I tried to do a little due diligence, it appeared to me that you are a highly risky borrower and could hardly be trusted. I hope you will prove me wrong very soon.

He messaged me a while ago thru PM here in the forum and I know what he is facing right now. If I'm not mistaken he is currently a student and I know that most of the students doesn't have any stable income since they are focusing on studying.
His big mistake is why he didn't contact you earlier and explaining what his problem that he facing right at that moment(lack of communications). I know how hard of being self-support student, but isn't right to run his obligation to pay his debt. I know @LogitechMouse is a very kind and understanding person because lately, I borrowed him with an interest and almost got delayed repayment, I just contacted him and explaining about the late repayment. Good to know he(Daboy_Lyle) already contacted, maybe just give him a little time rather than end up nothing.

We have talked thru PM minutes ago and said that he must defend himself regarding this. If it is true that the one that is currently enrolled in Mintdice campaign where you are the manager is his alt then I think the best thing that I can do is to let him join in the campaign until he can earn and in some time will pay me. That is if you let him stay Wink. Anyway, thanks for your help.

I remember him messaging me in Telegram about those things too. I forgot what it was all about though. I just know that he had alts, just like you said. It's saddening that he had done those kinds of things. I hope he manages to pay it back, borrowing is risky.
I didn't know that he has alts until @cabalism13 posted it here. My mistake that I didn't make a short research first before giving him the loan. We already talked thru PM here and I'm hoping that he will pay if the his account(s) are important to him.

Lyle, did mention to me that he will settle things with LogitechMouse, he just had some problems and haven't got any money to pay him back.

I know what he feels right now because I also felt it. The time that he doesn't have money to pay for his loan but still, the negative trusts that DT members will stay. If he wants to pay it, he can create ways to pay it. One motto of us Philippinian Bros is that "Kung gusto may paraan, kung ayaw maraming dahilan" (If there's a will there's a way, if you don't want there will be many reasons".

I just had a conversation with Lyle, and for some reason the 2nd profile that I posted wasn't he's GIRLRIEND. Just a common misunderstanding but still they know each other.

Also, He already mesaaged Logitech based on what he said. I also did tell him to post here to clear things out.

This is a different loaning story, I have funded a loan request by a user named pinoyden and even though he got banned, he still paid me. Messaged me through telegram and told me not to worry. I hope this could serve as a reminder that not everyone will scam. Just be careful with the amount you are risking too.

The posibility of that is really big, as far as I know, back then when I was a Full Member, I remember him telling me that he has alts including TheBitcoinExplorer, though I don't know what the other one is. The user is still a student so maybe he's just using his allowance and haven't been able to come up with a solution to pay his loan.

I will take good care of this mate, I will help you to contact him. Nobody deserves to be scammed like this, even if there are so many problems we might encounter financially, it is not a better idea to run for it.

Note: I did post his account on facebook and he's real name here, but this is just  a counter-measure for what he has done. I personally know some of the users in our board , but I will not be bothered to introduce them to the public if they have committed crimes like this. Everyone should be be aware of this, we shouldn't be abusing anyone's trust though we sometimes failed but it wasn't still acceptable.

Also, I posted his name, to let the public know what he did and they can take necessary precautions when they meet this guy personally.

Edit: I Lyle did answer my message on messenger, @LogitechMouse, I suggest to make contact with him on this app.

Try to reach him or any of his relatives tru facebook, below is his real account:
www.facebook.com/bermasdavidlyle
www.facebook.com/rozeluh.9 (GF)

Another Info:
TheBitcoinExplorer is his alt. I will also state here the accounts connected to him, as far as I remembered he told me about that.

Connected to User:
Ararbermas
intoy_victor
Koro-Sensei

Evidence: User Daboy_Lyle just named those account as his relatives (maybe an alt) Source:Messenger (Convo)
Thanks for sharing some informations regarding his alt accounts and his personal account including his GF. I appreciate your help and other DT members here Smiley.

User hasnt been online in 2 weeks. Looks like he is already giving up the account and likely posting with one of his alt accounts.
Hello yahoo. Can I ask if there is a possibility that his other alt accounts will be negged too because of what happened?? If proven that the accounts that @cabalism13 said are his alt accounts since in the past years, there are some DT members who are giving neg trust to alt accounts? Thanks Smiley
P.S.: I also saw in the spreadsheet of Mintdice that one of his "probably alt" Ararbermas is currently in the campaign.
undeniable proof of his alts and I have no problem tagging them.

... likely posting with one of his alt accounts.

And AFAIK, he already made 3 attempts on making a request on the Lending Section and all of it has failed, even the newbie account has an application. Only Logitech  was the one who gave him the loan just because he's a fellow countryman and considering that the account was also a self-made Full Member. It's such a waste for that account.

Sorry to hear you lose. I have tagged the user too with others.
By the way, have you considered to create a flag against this user? A flag type 3 is very appropriate in my opinion.

Yeah my bad that I didn't make some research first before giving a loan to him. I know that a no collateral loan is very risky but....... I didn't expect that he will not pay. I'm still expecting that he will pay anytime.

I want to create a thread in our local thread but more DT members will see it here that is why I created it here. If creating another thread in our local section is legal then I will create there too to spread more awareness.
Well, best of luck if he pays you. I hope he does for his sake also.

Perhaps commenting in our local lending thread informing everyone about the defaulted loan will suffice.

You shouldn't feel bad creating a topic against someone who has defrauded you.

Repayment is long overdue with you giving him a sensible time extension.

I would advise you to create a flag type 2 (casual or implied agreement), in the meantime, I have tagged the account.
The fact that we came from the same country makes me feel bad since we are trying to help each other in our local section to the best that we can and having a lending section is one way to help but anyway, I will just wait for him to pay (if he will).

Feel sorry for the stress brought by the defaulted loan. Your only option now is to have a DT member tag the user. No collateral was the known risk in our local lending group and I don't know why you decided to lend it to someone who has no trust history. May this serve as a lesson to you.

Learn from more experienced lenders like @Darker45
Loan Amount: 0.015 BTC
Loan Purpose: Educational needs
Loan Repay Amount: 0.017 BTC
Loan Repay Date: July 25, 2019
Type of Collateral: None
Escrow profile Link: None
Bitcoin Address:  33TyVkHTqic4UNVB4UQ6QLLmXzaqmRY7F9

Badly need it now.
I still need 0.01 BTC and the 0.005 BTC has been funded by LogitechMouse

I only have a very limited amount of ETH in my coins.ph account. I hope somebody here would take your loan.
ETH is accepted to basta sa coins.ph ang transaction.

Pare, alam kong kailangan mo talaga ng pera at gusto sana kitang tulungan pero may mga considerations din akong tinitingnan.

1.  You are still a Full Member with no positive trust. Nobody with a high-rank account or trust is vouching for your reliability either.
2.  You are not currently enrolled in a BTC-paying, or even alt, campaign. Meaning, no payment is coming to you soon.
3.  Your'e asking a loan without collateral.
4.  You have a couple of red trust converted to neutral.
5.  You've made only a single post in May, 4 in June, and a few more this month. Most of these are about your loan request though. You are relatively inactive on this forum, therefore.
6.  Kunti na lang ang natitira kong BTC/ETH.  Grin And I deem it safer na 'wag na munang ipahiram dahil na rin sa mga nabanggit kong considerations sa itaas.

Hindi ko sinasabing hindi ka magbabayad. I hope somebody would lend you soon.

Mas maganda siguro ilipat mo sa lokal natin tong topic mo.

We have created a lending thread in our Local Section and I tried to be a lender in our local section. I hate to create a thread like this and thinking twice about it because a fellow countrymen isn't communicating or paying his loan that he borrowed to me. Anyway, here are some of the details.

What happened:: Loan Defaulted

Scammers Profile Link: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/daboylyle-1781008
Reference Link: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.51694903
Amount Scammed: 0.005BTC
Payment Method: BTC (thru coins.ph)
Proof of Payment: Since coins.ph to coins.ph transaction doesn't have URL's but a reference ID is provided in the reference link.

Additional Notes: I asked him to pay on the said first repayment date which is Aug. 3 and said that it will be extended for 2 more weeks. I PM'ed him again in the forum and in the telegram but he isn't responding.

I also gave him another chance and said that he must pay his total loan until the end of August but now with no additional interest already but its useless. I can provide our conversation in Telegram if DT members need it. I just need this user to be negged until he pays his loan to me.
