Thank you for this insight. I am not really a fan of Defi but gave little I monitor. I usually trade Defi daily so not a fan of holding Defi coins but it's known for pump at first picture then subsequently it will dump that's my picture of Defi so I do more of day trading.

Thank you for those resources but isn't this thread should be on Service Discussion (Altcoins) than here?

Very well said.  Decentralized Finance Projects are really getting lots of attention in the space now.  As we have good ones among them, so we have bad ones.  We need to be careful not to be swept away by waves of the hypes.  Scammers can even use this opportunity of the hype to create their own DeFi.  At least as of now, one of the good DeFis I can highly recommend is Oikos cash.

Obviously there are risks with all investments and DeFi culture being relatively new possess massive risks and its performance will be analysed for couple of years before we can analyse their performance with all aspects uptill bow the hype is real but DeFis have to perform well to strengthen their roots and adoption.

Here's another site https://defi.dapp.review/

If it's okay, can you add this warning by Vitalik about DeFi in the OP as a disclaimer? There's plenty of hype right now and it's good if others can read what Vitalik has to say as well.

~ But it seems that the article on 101blockchains fouses on Ethereum-based DeFi projects and misses EOS-based for example.
No surprise there. The site covers "top DeFi" projects and we know Ethereum is still the most popular chain after Bitcoin.

Soon defi projects will turn out to be another ico, now the hype on defi is very high because it is believe that much profit can be made just by participating in defi project,i have only come to know about defi when oikos launch its project, then i saw how the price rose so quickly and investors made lots of profit, I also saw that of compound which was the talk of the forum recently,  with such success people are very eager to invest on defi.

To be honest, personally I do not have any interest in DeFi projects. I just wondering why DeFi projects are so hyped these days.
However, here is another topic which discussing DeFi as well https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54651049
There are numerous DeFi sources there, hope you consider to add that topic in your thread.

Hi, yes, these resources are awesome. But it seems that the article on 101blockchains fouses on Ethereum-based DeFi projects and misses EOS-based for example. I'd like to suggest one more DeFi resource: https://defiwiki.org
