Apparently he only "locked" a portion of them. I have not seen any decrease of hacked accounts anywhere to be honest.I've left them a negative rating. 100% hacked or brought and will be used to either spam or scam.
Looks like it is hacked. I checked security log and its one of those accounts that recently "woke up" last May 12 and there's a lot of them who woke up from hibernation from that day. Looking at the history of his post, last post July 19, 2013,
no other visible signs of activity until the day before yesterday, when he flooded a huge spam in my trust page, I have never interacted with him.
