Certainly not. I can prove the account is mine with signed GPG message whose key will match a message posted with the account months ago.
My bad, I didn't check the date properly. My GPG-signed message was posted about a year and 4 months ago. I can verify my ownership of it in other ways, including the account's listed bitcoin address that I am able to prove I control. Was pretty active in the beginning. I used my GPG identity a lot on the bitcoin IRC scene, I have friends there who will confirm that I've been around a long time, and will do so in a live chat session if you're on IRC.
1.5btc is To High man 
its a legendary account with green trust i think the price is fine it would have taken him years and years to get it to legendary rank
anyways its after a while i see a legendary account is up for sale but you should get green trust removed 1st before selling it can fool someone because the person who earned the trust is not the person who will use it
sometimes person who earned the trust(during years) more shady as new owner...
