Surely, with all those under your belt you should have completed dozens of projects by now. Anyone can list credentials. Its another thing to back them up.

If you can't take a little criticism, you won't make it as a developer."Familiar" could just mean you have heard of the language.
You should list the languages you are good at, and leave out the ones you are just a hobbyist with.

First of all, very impressing list of skills that you've obtained this more than some developers in their entire lifespan
Next, if I'm looking at your post from the view of a company or potential contractor, then I'd like to see some references/portfolio of previous work somewhere in the post as well, I believe this will also make it an easier process for you than sharing it individually in every PM. I really wish you the best of luck and mental clarity in your future coding adventures!
