If shipping with Media Mail (you go to the USPS office and deal with it in a special envelope - don't use first class stamps) it costs approx $1.90 to ship a Blu-ray - but it's very slow shipping this route.
agreed I would rather you lower your price and receive it slower than have to pay almost full price for an opened movie.
