You must out of your mind asking real bank details here. Too many red flags, brand new and unknown account, offers too good to be true rates. Avoid.
It seems like you want to use other's bank account to make a new AdWords account and then you will use it to run a free campaign with coupons.
Or maybe you are planning to use the bank account to ask a large loan using other bank accounts which honestly illegal(Borrowing bank accounts is illegal) because you are not using your real identity and there is a big chance that this offer is scam.
