Any suggestions on finding pre-IEO investors? (Telegram groups, sites, communities)
Well, this forum would still be the best bet, you can make your request known to the rest by creating a special topic for it and they will rub minds together to see if your project is worth it for you to get investors, but for me, this will be the first time I am coming across such thing called PRE-ICO, I have seen several projects run pre-ico and that is where majority of new and old projects gets their crowd funding from.

But for IEO, it is a direct project ofexchanges, and I have not seen any project intending to run on IEO platform do pre-IEO, they enter exchange immediately the project is launched and they get funded immediately they are being projected by the top exchanges in charge of the IEO like BinanceLaunchpad, so you might want to throw a little bit more light on what you mean by that please.

So you do realize that if you're claiming crypto like performance, then you should be ready to not only announce 200% annualized returns but also 95% annualized losses right?

That's what happened to the expert funds. They lost over 70% in less than a year last year. And these were all Wall Street veterans.

Why would people hire you when they can do the trade themselves? And it also boils down to trust, yes you can give us the proof of your past successes but it doesn't mean that you can be trusted right now. The difference between crypto and stock traders or speculators is that crypto person doesn't gave away their money easily specially to a stranger. I know it's hard to comprehend it in the beginning, specially if you can give them huge profits because of your experience. But as you go along in this industry, you will find why it is to put a trust to someone.
I am not sure he has done anything wrong in trying to convert his skill into money, why do people still invest in other people’s business, when they can easily multiply the money themselves by directly doing business with it, but we have some people that are pro in certain areas, and we have to accord them that respect, trading is not very easy, and there are thousands of people who are out there interested in trading, but the lack of time, knowledge and skills to do so makes them engage the service of pro trader.

If you are fully trading, you will agree with me that it requires lots of strategies such as TA and many more, with so many thing that a family man has in his head, how would he be able to read indicators, or stay with pc, so rather than staying off trade, isn’t it better he engages the services of a prof trader to do so on his behalf and still make money.

Sir, 2016-2018 BTC annualized return was +106%. (from 429 to 3756)

Can you go ahead and show your math? That's a 775% gain over 3 years. Why are you reducing yearly gains by 2.5x?

You should also consider a more representative and less cherry-picked sample of Bitcoin's long term trajectory. Let's see 2010-2019, shall we? Then let's take a look at altcoin/token % gains, since that's your competition.

Annualized returns have been around ~+200%.

Now what I'm offering is the opportunity to invest in a trader/PM with a proven track record. If you are interested in investing, diversifying your portfolio with some stocks or helping me with the project, DM me.

Crypto investors are making profits that eclipse those returns, just by holding. What makes you think they want to put their speculative money into backing blue chip trading?

Also, have you considered the legal implications of raising money this way? How are you planning on dealing with the SEC?

Can be verified, all trades through a well-established broker - you have to start with that. And everything you wrote is just loud words. A proof would be the best proof that your words. And if you have experience in trading, you will not have a problem on the crypto market at all. Technically, that's the same.
