Aside from what yahoo mentioned, The account is fully verified which means the user who submit the KYC can easily recover this account by just contacting the support and providing the same KYC documents to verify again the account prove the ownership. Selling a verified account even with trusted casino is prohibited and risky at the same time since it can be recovered by the real owner anytime by just claiming that it was hacked.
