The Curacao Gaming Control Board gave a license to Duelbits on November 1, 2024.

So you can send a complaint to [email protected]

Weeks have passed, still no response from duelbits email support.
~snip~

I have sent him a message will update if he replies.

Thank you.
Do you state your difficulties with the site or your experience, as I know he is a very strict man. You have to detail things how it was to him maybe he would consider to help contact them to look into the issues, but it's not a guaranteed that you case would be automatically solved maybe if the casino dig into your profile and found out that you cheated them, then nothing can be done by him as I believed you violated and faulted them.

Have you in any way reached out to Hhampuz if he would be of help to you, I believe he is a well respected manager who projects owners do listened to. Sincerely I don't have that patient to keep follow up this topic but for past 10-11 days now I do come across same request and same problems all time, so I believe he may be of help if your cases didn't contradicts or violates any of their rules and is been 11 days now, though its hard for issues to easily resolved from a very large casino with higher traffic.

To confirm, you've reached to [email protected] inquiring for the two information --the contact of their data protection Officer and information about Liquid Entertainment N.V.-- and their response is still inconclusive? Do you mind to perhaps provide us the screenshot of their reply? Just so we can understand better what they actually say as a response for the inquiry

I am a bit unclear. You're saying that when you send email to [email protected], they replied as above? Namely asking you to write to the very same email address you've sent your email to? Perhaps a better screenshot can explainthings better. Do you mind to re-take a screenshot of that email, this time with the details of the sender being visible? Feel free to censor your email address and other information that can be used to identify you.

Well, your issue is handled by the head of their support team, I think that signals to a good thing, that they take your inquiry seriously, and their "evasive" answer is simply because they are not authorized to provide that information.

If you're so insistent about knowing the contact and assuming they're scamming people by being reluctant to release this information, please tell us that you have at least try to do what they suggested? Reaching through writing email and inquiring to the department as suggested?

Yes, the head of support is involved, but they are not taking my inquiry seriously at all. I have repeatedly emailed their support and data protection channels, only to receive evasive responses that skirt the issue. Under GDPR, it is their legal obligation to provide this information. Yet they continue to delay and avoid any meaningful response. If they have nothing to hide, why is it so difficult for them to give me the data that’s required by law? It’s clear to me that there’s something more going on here, and I’m not going to stop until I get what I’m owed.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of evasion with Duelbits? I’d appreciate hearing from others who have had issues with their support or their handling of personal data. We should hold these platforms accountable, especially when they claim to be provably fair while avoiding basic user rights like data access.

OP, Id recommend reaching out to DuelBits through the official channel if you havent already.  As a licensed gaming site operating in the EU, they gotta follow those GDPR laws letting users access personal data.  It would be weird if they didnt respond or share what they have per your request and  Id be surprised if a legit business like that tried ignoring regulations... But Id bet they make it right if contacted through the right channels.

@OP, all of your scam accusations are strange. You had created a few more scam accusations thread against Duelbits in the past. Why don't you leave the platform if you have such strange complaints?

Why are you connecting users personal data with the provably fair thing? Both are different thing. Provably fair stands for the in-house games. You can verify the results of provably fair game yourself by following the algorithm. On the other hand, you can access or get your personal data from Duelbits by requesting it to their support team. They have clearly mentioned it in the privacy policy page. The data processing rules are same in other casinos too. Their license company 'Liquid Entertainment N.V.' works as a data protection officer, and the address of their company is mentioned at the bottom of the page.
