FUD??? My boy, you were Heartbleed vulnerable and leaking the UIDs you use to identify accounts. You made session hijacking easy and fun.
Nonetheless, there's no announcement about you on Havelock, maybe a little premature to announce it here.
As it stands, your "proposal" is a couple of screenshots and a list of unused domain names. The domains you have been using have, thus far, proven to be running some poorly written PHP software that will undoubtedly collapse under any significant load. The UI is horrible.
Even if we look beyond that, as those are problems that can be fixed with enough money, what are you bringing to the table? There's no real value proposition in your "proposal":
- You aren't a domain expert in the online gambling space
- You don't have a gargantuan customer base that can be exploited
- You don't even purport to have a clever and unique idea
- You've provided no financial history or future projections
- There's no income statement for the last few quarters or however long you've been operational
- You've provided no information on strategy and how you'd achieve those non-existent projections
- You haven't detailed the team members so that investors can have confidence in them
- There are no technical details about your systems architecture
- There are no plans as to how you'll scale that architecture up to meet demand
- There are no details about future improvements planned to the application(s) and how you'll achieve this
- There's no SWOT analysis
- There are no details on your competitors
- There are no details on the risks your business faces and how you'll mitigate them
- There are no details about where the company is incorporated
- There are no company registration docs available or even any evidence that the company is an actual company
- According to Skype you live in the US - there are no details about how you'll overcome US regulation on gambling
- Even if you operate the site from outside of the US, you've given no information as to whether you'll allow US customers or not and what risk that opens the company up to
- You've done nothing to demonstrate you are capable of running a lemonade stand, much less a successful business
- You've provided no sample term sheet or investment contract
- You've provided no assets or security for the investment, nor have you provided compelling reason for a high risk, unsecured investment
- You're not in the
Web of Trust so no investor has any reason to trust you
