theymos really isn't the guy you should be talking to about something like that, it's not an admin only issue.  That should really go to moderators before heading straight to the admin.

***Edit: I also reported that thread to the USDA and i did in fact mention that to theymos in the MSG to him

Was that part really necessary?

Btw I don't think posts in the secret admin area are counted.

I would imagine that the secret admin area would be where most of his on-forum effort goes. Plus there private messages and such. I guess the OP was hoping that theymos would be a more visible presence on the public forums.

I have no idea what theymos gets up to, but I suppose he should be judged by admins on his management and judged by everyone else on maintaining the forum and delivering the improvements.

If he isn't posting crap in thread doesn't means he's inactive.

check his online time after 24 hours.
Currently it's: 231 days, 1 hours and 21 minutes.

His current stats: 231 days, 5 hours and 23 minutes.

4 Hours of ONLINE time is enough per day to solve peoples problems.
189 days, 19 hours and 38 minutes.

Do I win the forums if I overtake him?

posts => community participation
lack of posts =/= negligent administration

Are there any issues that theymos hasn't been addressing, but hasn't?

I believe that theymos is a moderator on the Bitcoin sub-reddit, or at least somebody by that name moderates on there. He makes the occasional post on there too, so not overly active.

Is it just the past month or so that he has been somewhat limited in responses? I guess he is just doing what needs to be done and getting on with other matters in life.

Is there a number two who deputises in his absence?

Yeah, you're still here, you still have a VIP tag and aren't labeled a scammer. Don't give me that bullshit about being hacked either because I also consider people that lose money due to incompetence as scammers. The only difference in the latter is that you conned people into thinking you knew what you were doing instead of directly out of their money.  same-same

My guess TF lost all the 'hacked' coins on Gox then decides to surface because he truly no longer have them.

As to the original question, simply say thermos three times.

How many posts should he make? I agree that he makes few public appearances, but I suspect most of his posts will be made in the mod board so non-staff wont be able to see them.

Maybe he has a full-time job? Plus, he probably has tons of PMs to deal with whenever he comes online. The donations are supposed to go towards the upkeep of this forum and the development of new forum software. Of course, he's got more BTC than he needs to run the forum, but most of them were donated when the price was very low. Can't blame theymos for that.

The Question is where is theymos and why has he no time for the forums? Lets take a look at the Admins posting activities in time. they show a very INACTIVE Admin at the least.

Just 39 posts in a month??? For a man who had made hundreds of thousands of dollars from this forum or even millions don't the users deserve more than 39 public responses from this man?

Where do the donations go from users? Do they go to theymos or trusted holders? IF i were making hundreds of thousands or millions from a a forum i would surely give more than a mere 39 posts in a month....Hell i would give you that in an hour. the question is where is theymos?
Well, maybe he is busy with other things that will earn him more money? He is like that fat old CEO of some big company, he founded it and then let others run it for him. This is how it looks to me.
