I've replied to your emails, but it's good to see you've come here.
You bought 12 gigahashes, you need to wait for payments to arrive. Your gigahashes are mining away, when the pool gives us a payout we pass the BTC onto the customers. You won't be getting constant payouts, you only get payouts when the pool gives us a payout, so we can pass it on to you. Sometimes there are big gaps between the payouts.
Also, it looks like you haven't used a calculator, you can try this one: https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator to see what different gigahash values will give you.
As for downtime, we have our miners going, and yes, sometimes they shut down or need maintenance, but when they do (and they rarely do) we have our contingency fund to pay the customers for the lost time.
If you still want your refund, reply to my email with your BTC address.
EDIT:: We're working with pools to get a more consistent payout schedule, and we're also working on a new pricing scheme. Stay tuned!

You had no idea what you were expecting to earn back? You need to do a lot more research before you invest money, no matter how small the amount or you end up in situations like this. Don't let greed take over and a lot of bad people trying to take money.
Did you use a calculator or how did you work out 12gh/s would earn 1BTC ? As poster above mentioned....it won't..but interested to hear hiw you came up with the figures.
