Hmm, shut it down and it deleted all but the last log file itself.

Installed 0.6 and just the last log file remains.

Much better.

6Gb down to 100Mb:)

Ok, thanks, I'll close it then delete all but the last one.

You can delete them if you closed the client cleanly. In case of an unclean shutdown, they are necessary.

Version 0.6.0 should already create much less log files (or rather, wipe more frequently), though. If you're not using 0.6.0 yet, it may help.

They are taking up a metric crap-load of space.
Can I get rid of them?
Can I stop them being created in the first place?
Or limit their size/number?
