a) You have been caught scamming
b) You were told to stay of the site or you would have your account frozen

Now you call the site scam although you have been warned and have been told what would happen?  Cheesy

If even the former owner of the site, agrees that my point is valid and fair, i think its a scam.
Don't push everyone to think like you. Already you have got proper instruction which will help you to lift your ban. Every platform have their own rules and during signup procedure every single user click on agree button to obey all terms and conditions. As i am seeing here that you are trying to establish your claim as a scam attempt but in real sense they just took action against you for valid reason.

Hope you will keep patience until platform authority lift your ban from their end. Before that please don't make unnecessary replies to bump this topic again and again.

I consider it illegitimate for a casino that explicitly states that they don't get involved in chat/trade disputes to ban one single person off of false accusations.

Fair enough. I'm not sure where I stand on that. On one hand, I lean towards thinking a site should be able to refuse service to who ever it wants. But on the other hand, I'd feel pretty uncomfortable if that was taken to the logical extreme (e.g. refusing to serve black people).

LOL, when "everything fails, play the race card".

I'm sorry OP, but it looks like you have been warned already, but you refuses to follow it and then you go here in the community bitching around and throwing tantrums. Just move on, play on other casino's, why you keep on playing on their platform anyways?

Do you seriously think that the site is not even worth $30, they clearly informed you that you are not welcome and they will release your coins after 30 days, you are aware of the reason they froze your account and if they clearly informed you how can that be a scam.

Since you ignored your ban by creating multiple new accounts I have locked your accounts just like I said I would. You can contact me to unlock the account in 30 days.

A casino told you that you're not welcomed to use their platform anymore, what's so hard to understand about this ? Just move on. And If you further decide to violate their rules by creating yet another account, then freezing your funds wouldn't be a scam, imo.

Who cares what the former owner thinks... He is not the one in charge of the platform at the time you acted in away that compelled the current site owner to ban you.
I think you are misusing  the word scam here. If they were scammers i don't think you would even have a chance of getting your money  back.

On April 7 I gave you notice via email that you are banned from bustabit and bustadice and that I would lock your accounts for 30 days if you disrespected that ban again:

Yo devans do not remove the ban from that user, he is scamming peoples with some bustabit scripts, etc.

Just check his trust ratings, he deserves that.

So just to be clear:

*) You were asked to not play or use the site, and that if you ignored the ban your account and funds would be frozen for 30 days
*) You ignored the ban, and your account has been frozen for 30 days

So what's exactly the scam accusation: Do you consider it illegitimate for a casino to ban people? Or is your concern that your account won't be unfrozen after 30 days?

I consider it illegitimate for a casino that explicitly states that they don't get involved in chat/trade disputes to ban one single person off of false accusations.

You know they're not false accusations  and you've actually scammed a big amount of people .   Furthermore , a casino like any other private buisness has the right to select it's customers . They even informed you about it , but you tried to get past it by creating other accounts etc , they banned you , you deserve it.

Always funny when a scammer comes crying about something , that they're treated unfair

I don't see any legitimate scam accusation here. In fact, you are the one who decided to act big headed and therefore should blame yourself for what you did.

It's their platform, if they tell you to fuck off. You simply do so... Why would you go ahead and deposit money in there again?

I'd feel pretty uncomfortable if that was taken to the logical extreme (e.g. refusing to serve black people).
This is not comparable at all to any ugly things that happen as a result of Racial differences... because we don't choose our race or origins when we are conceived, but we have a choice to act big headed or not.

What I'm wondering is how did 9900K get such a cool color schematic, could anyone tell me?

It's a Chrome extension called Stylus along with some custom CSS code. These links have been provided to me by 9900K so use them at your own risk!

You are missing the bigger issue. You are targeting ONE player because of his suspected actions, when your chat rules SPECIFICALLY SAY "Bustabit does not get involved in trade disputes" and you have said that yourself in chat, MANY TIMES.

You have no right to lock my funds because of where you suspect they came from.

EDIT: Let's also take a look at Lotus, your favorite BAB player. He frequently comes to Bustabit with hundreds of thousands of dollars that he's scammed/stolen. Yet you don't lock his accounts? Would that be because with his play-style, he's essentially donating it to your site? You've never ONCE disabled his ability to bet/withdraw/tip. You just mute him and move on.
