There is no concept here, you just saying instead of using an username you going to use a wallet address THAT YOU CREATE. So you have control of that wallet. Also how does one take the feedback off your site? Is it going to email them it every X days or when new feedback is added? I mean if you're creating the craigslist of bitcoins go for it, but there's no crazy decentralized concept here, that you are trying to imply.
Proof of concept would be nice
