I don't know how a casino's self exclusion feature works, so I will not be commenting on that. But I don't believe anyone would leave a significant balance on a casino and simply disappear or ask to have their account closed for good without withdrawing it. Even if they forget about their money, they should be reminded to withdraw it first. Having said that, this is still not a valid scam accusation because it lacks any proof. Just like in a court of law, you need proof for someone to be convicted of a crime.

Can you post everything you have that confirms your story and gives it some legitimacy? Also, have you tried to get in touch with @Stunna, their Bitcointalk casino representative? He is often active and posts on the forum.

That's the thing, I had some funds and affiliates because I self excluded for one year that's the option I selected and I know that 1000%, so I figured when I come back my funds will be there kinda like a savings account.

However, we I contact live chat they keep claiming I self excluded permanently, that's not true. I was so close to a huge plat 5-6 bonus and had affiliates, why would I ever do that? Makes no sense.

I have PM'd Stunna.. I have had many bugs on this website at the beginning including scores not updating and wrong odds and bets refunded, but I never requested PERMANENT self exclusion.

Stunna and Stake are fair when dealing issue like this. If you have screenshot of proof that you are just permanently do self-exclusion which you can find on your email right after you decided to exclude your account from gambling. And also it will be helpful if you can provide the complete conversation with support so that we can verify if you really have a case here. Stunna already express his willingness to help you, just cooperate with her and you will be fine.

I fail to see how you are accusing us of scamming for honoring what we believe is your self exclusion period. The team is trying to look out for your safety.
