This is for one of our client, To be something clear they are streaming content of a regional channel something that needs to have a huge yearly payment, They have already sent take down notice to the concerned team but the host is still up. They have contacted the legal authority in the regional area but they require some more information. They have sent another take down notice to the provider if there is no response from them within days need someone's help to obtain some information to pass over to the concerned legal department, because each day of streaming will put them in a loss. For now i have some contacts to work on and i'm closing this thread.

Im pretty sure that the op wanna hacker to test some system he has ,or to get back something that were taken,but the real fact is i doubt any good hacker is around this forum,they have their own forum.

It may be allowed to hire hackers to test your own projects, but hiring hackers to do illegal things could end up with you getting negative trust. OP should specify hacking is for a service or system he owns.
