Dear Newsha,

The only reason your order gets canceled is when your payment was not received within the given time limit or it has not been confirmed yet by the blockchain.

I helped you very quickly through PM. Please be informed that our helpdesk is still overloaded, even with 10 new employees.

Thank you for understanding.

For others:

You can see our live completed order list here: https://www.litebit.eu/en/volumes

Dear Newsha,

When you talk through Facebook every answer gets a new updated time. This ticket will come way back again in the list. We never ignore people.

Tomorrow your ticket should be solved and let us know what you want.

If you waited one week for your funds to arrive there must be something wrong; you might entered a wrong or no identifier, just a quess.

Please wait patiently for our answer, we also stated on Facebook that we are overloaded and searching very hard for new employees.

Thank you.

Please stop acusing us for scam, we are operating since 2013, come on..

Just contact our support or call our telephone and we will help you out.

Telling us we didnt respond for last week is not true, we are not that far behind on tickets.

"Our customer support team is working very hard to answer your tickets, we are very sorry for the longer support time. Please refer to our frequently asked questions before submitting your question."

"Currently our response time more than 24 hours. Please be patient while we are working on all your requests."

There may be tiredness from their management. Try to communicate again with them, to my knowledge they are professional enough ...
