I think by wiping the system your problem would be solved.

Save your wallet seeds and check the address through any browser. If you do not get the required confirmations, then use any other device and RBF to make it faster.
A Replace-by-Fee can only be used if sender makes an opt-in RBF transaction originally. You can not use it if original transaction is not marked as RBF.

Bitcoin transaction is irreversible so once your transaction got 1 confirmation, you can not reverse it.

Note that the wallet is just a end network app for managing your private key. Once a transaction is broadcast, its role ends and it can help speed up the transaction if it is not confirmed.

i have to delete my electrum wallet,
because i am selling the computer on which it is saved.
Are you going to completely wipe your computer's hard drive before selling it or simply uninstalling the Electrum software? If it's the latter then make sure to delete the folder containing your wallet file even if it's encrypted (always backup your wallets seeds even if you think you will never use/need them again).

I think i can't access the wallet anymore, when i delete the system-data...maybe i'm wrong...
If you've saved the seed (12 word recovery phrase) then you can use it to restore your wallet on any other device any time you want.
To recover your wallet, install Electrum -> Create New Wallet -> Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed

Nothing, once it's broadcast and has at least one conformation it's done.
Wipe the drive with a good disk wiping software, don't just delete the wallet.

The Windows 10 reset option with the extended wipe is OK, others are better.

Hello,

i have to delete my electrum wallet,
because i am selling the computer on which it is saved.

But there is still an active outgoing transaction, with only one confirmation left...

What happens with the outgoing transaction when i delete my wallet?

Will it be send also when i delete my wallet completly?

I think i can't access the wallet anymore, when i delete the system-data...maybe i'm wrong...

Thanks
