antpool can pay with pplns, pps and solo.

We are only at 20%, not yet "too much hashrate". And we are giving out lots of merged coins, giving 1 NMC at 0.00216 BTC right now, our real fee is like 2.7%.
Check out NastyPool's NastyPoP payout method. It might be an acceptable 0% fee p2pool solution.

So I have an S3 I run just a bit as a side thing and since it isn't on a lot I like to keep it on PPS not PPLNS, I am currently using F2pool but they have way too much hashrate and I need to move it. I was going to put it on btcguild but they're shutting down, what is the next best pps pool out there? I just want to get away from the massive hashrate even if I have just a couple of hundred gigahash.
BTCG was PPLNS, so you aren't missing a possible choice for a PPS pool regardless of whether or not they are shutting their doors 
. Nicehash/Westhash are a 3% PPS pool. You might point your gear there.
