Zoomhash is the only place that I know has them in stock and I've dealt with before, that's US based. You can also order directly from Innosilicon, and they ship quickly and isn't usually much of a hassle. They're really hard to find used, as you've discovered - apart from eBay and the marketplace forum here, not sure where else you'd find them.
