Thank you, @Gostie99, but I allredy found this info and wrote to privacyprotect.org. I hope they ll close this piece of scam forever. Now mine-treasure.com collect money using payivy.com service but seems someone allready reported to payivy, because link to payment page is not working.
Anyone know, where do I need to write to contact with .com domains owner? I m going to ask him to close this site forever. So, please answer me.

Bought a "premium account" 3 days ago, out of curiosity and have yet to receive a code. If it smells like a way to trick you while sliding a sneaky hand into your unsuspecting pocket than it probably is.
