Even if it perfectly legal he still may get into trouble. Governments are well known for harassing people who did not break law but their actions are disliked by the government.

This does not mean he must stop doing that. He must take precautions and do it in anonymous way. Ask for advice on SR Forums.

Dear bitcoin community,

I have a question which I hope someone can help me figure out.

I have a friend who is german and in his young twenties. He is currently living in Cancun, Mexico where every weekend more than 30.000 young people from all over the world gather for huge parties and festivals.

Would it be legal to print flyers, where there are instructions on how to get TOR or Orbot and with the specific .onion adress to access Silkroad?

Any info on this is highly appreciated. I said to my friend I will ask here, so that he does not run into any trouble. He wants to keep everything as legal as possible.

I'm not entirely sure whether it would be illegal or not.

However, as silk road it most likely illegal, then it would probably be illegal to advertise it. Like advertising a drug dealer Wink
