Maybe just use the "report to moderator" button next time or stop being a coward and post with your main account because a newbie can't possibly know this much about forum and spam, you should also post the user name for community to decide for themselves.

We can do nothing expect mods can ban them, you need to report the mods or PM them, if you have evidences
user does not adhere to warnings

You cannot do any thing with those guy,if you are not impressed by his posting means better inform to moderator about that guy.If really he is spamming definitely they will ban his bitcointalk forum account.
