youre debit card balance is legal or not, because paypal is high secure and can freeze account , if ilegal balance
No chargebacks will happen for atleast a week, almost guaranteed. Rarely ever get chargebacks, sometimes never do, as the money is from old, limited paypals and aged cc's.
So we are commiting fraud by doing this? I'm pretty sure these cards aren't yours, are they?
