Since its an ICO i believe this wont be the proper board to be posted of this kind of thing. Speaking on this one, arbitrage betting is already been done by some sportsbettor in gambling world which would have really the same idea on which you are telling here. I would say that you would really have a hard time on getting investors but well proposing this project isnt really bad at all. Good luck
This should have been a promotion for a bitcoin investment fund rather than ICO.
Why are you offering an investment service? You don't have enough money to do the arbitrage by yourself? You know that investors will be a huge thorn in your side...

that is interesting for sure , arbitrage betting is really interesting but the odds in cloudbet usually not accurate
I remember trying placing bets on cloudbet on certain odds then it won't let me bet , the odds change after like 30 mins which is terrible for arbitrage bettors
I hate ICOs , but will keep an eye on this thread to see what other people think
I know arbitrage exists and can make a lot of money using it in a professional way , but not sure how things will work with you since we are talking about ICO and decent amount of money
