After I made this post:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/intersango-money-withdrawals-frozen-since-14th-march-2013-156363

My account at Intersango was locked.  I'm beyond livid at this point and it isn't because I need the money.  It is because I don't take crap very well at all.

And Patrick is giving me nothing but crap.

My support ticket was made on:

March 24, 2013, 8:58 p.m.

I got a reply today:

"Please send a letter indicating the exact amount you believe you're owed and your address to:

Intersango LLC
United States Corporation Agents, Inc.
1521 Concord Pike #301
Wilmington, DE 19803

This is for our records."

Seriously Patrick?

It is pretty obvious what I am owed:

And I don't "believe" I am owed it.  I am owed it for a FACT!!!

Don't use a PGP system because websites "are better", enjoy your fact. Herpderp. This is how that better works.

Going forward you will be charged an administrative fee of 50.00 USD for every ticket you open outside of the above referenced ticket.

That is absolutely disgusting behaviour. I was just in the process of joining Inersango, but thought I'd do a bit of research first, thank god I did; I will not touch this service with "customer support" like that.
I'm certain, under law, they can't charge you a fee, at least not that much, for support if you are a customer, especially as they don't mention this in their Toc.

Sounds like they are trying to keep your money and scare you away from sending them any more tickets.

If I was you, I would certainly look into going to a small claims court and demand compensation. It's a case which you will not be able to loose, plus they'd be liable for the court costs.
