My brother was made a mistake....
If someone can access that etherdelta account and move out funds, I will give...
i bet his mistake was to give you a key.

As your brother has first chance to interact with etherdelta, i doubt he is not doing the login process correctly. Etherdelta is a little confusing when using first time but you are safe until your private key is not shared with anyone. You can try the steps below to access your wallet externally than etherdelta:
1. Visit official website as Myetherwallet.com and choose "View Wallet Info" , paste your etherdelta private key in the field where it says "Private Key".
2 Your will be entered to check your wallet balance and other info, i am quite sure you can get back access to your funds this way
